This 'singles site' is run by a guy who managed a number of singles websites, bulletin boards and swingers corners since 1985.

Few good and plenty of bad and ugly experiences with some of the Agencies are what has accumulated over the years. The most recent one is the reason I finally had enough. I am tired of having to watch dishonesty and deception towards the unsuspecting customers. It made me finally stop working in the business.

If you do something for over 20 years you naturally have some 'war' stories to tell. So, whenever I have a spare moment I'll ramble on about the silly things people (mostly men, but some ladies too) do online when looking for that special someone.

Most of the stories and advice are based on personal experience as a BBS administrator and webmaster, but there is also some from colleagues in the business.
The reason for this is not to make fun of people who make an honest faux pas. We all screw up every now and then. However, there are some people who get out of bed in the morning, forget to turn on their gray matter and then proceed to louse up the day for the rest of us.

Ah well, and some folks -let's face it- are just plain dumb... :-)

You will notice the occasional Ad from one or another singles site. This helps to cover the expenses and keep this site free. I'll see to it that all agency ads are from reputable sites. I do check regularly to make sure we do not have a 'black sheep' among them. Your input is welcome !
